SHIPPING (Desired delivery date and time)

About domestic delivery

Since it is not possible to specify a date and time from the checkout screen where you enter your address, etc., if you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please do so from the cart screen.

After confirming your payment, we will ship your order within 3 days via Yamato Transport Takkyubin or Japan Post. For overseas deliveries, we only accept Japan Post (EMS).

Desired delivery date: You can specify the desired delivery date from the 4th day after the order date on the cart screen (3 days for shipping + 2 days for delivery = 5 days at the earliest)

*If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be made as soon as possible.

*If you are in a hurry, please contact us via Instagram via direct message. We will confirm whether we can meet your request by shortening the shipping time by 3 days.

Desired delivery time: You can also specify the desired delivery time from the cart screen.

 

About overseas delivery

We will ship the item via Japan Post (EMS) within 3 days after confirming your payment. Currently, overseas sales are only available in the United States. It takes about 3 days to ship, and about 13 days at the earliest to arrive after shipping. Therefore, 16 days or more is required.
